Waitlist and Refunds

Once we hit max capacity, the waitlist will automatically be activated.

Here’s how the waitlist will work:
– Sign up on the waitlist.
– Racers will be selected by the order they sign up. If you are selected to register, you will receive an email from RunSignUp. You will have 48 hours to register. If you don’t sign up, it automatically goes to the next person on the waitlist!

WE DO NOT OFFER RACE TRANSFERS.

We normally do not offer refunds because this is a fundraising event. But, because we anticipate a large waitlist, we are making an exception.
If you are registered for the race and cannot make it, please email us ([email protected]) to request a refund and let someone else race! You will make their day.

Refund Policy (ONLY if there is a current waitlist):
Before September 15th – 100% Refund
September 16th-23rd – 50% Refund
After Sept. 23rd – No Refund
**Transaction fees may not be refundable.
