Starting Pay: $18 per hour

Hours of Work: 20 - 25 per week. Some nights and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the office with administrative tasks regarding daily operations, and interactions with staff, public, donors and board.

Assisting in daily communications with members, donors and the general public including in-person, electronically and via phone.

Job Description:

  • Office & Communications

    • Answer and manage office phone inquiries and general emails

    • Process incoming and outgoing mail

    • Serve as first point of contact for public inquiries

  • Event Administration & Compliance

    • Track event information and documentation

    • Coordinate event insurance and barrier rentals

    • Prepare and distribute event materials and permits

    • Ensure compliance deadlines are met

  • Membership & CRM Management

    • Maintain membership data within NTN’s CRM

    • Track renewals, donations, and communications

    • Generate reports and support outreach efforts

  • Merchandise & Inventory

    • Order and manage NTN merchandise

    • Coordinate with vendors and track inventory levels

  • Operational Support & Office Management 

    • Schedule and track required water tests

    • Prepare internal documents, reports, and correspondence

    • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

    • Assist Executive Director and staff with administrative tasks as needed

  • Design (Optional)

    • Support marketing and event materials through basic design work if interested

Requirements:

  1. Strong commitment to customer service and fostering community partnerships

  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems

  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

  6. Nonprofit, recreation, or event experience preferred
