Thank you Trail Builders:

Today’s report is brought to you by  U.P. Holistic Medicine.     Without folks like U.P. Holistic Medicine we would not be able to enjoy the great skiing we have come to expect.  So, if you see them, say thanks.  New pictures from anyone will be appreciated

If you have not done so, please renew your membership.

ALSO, there are K markers available. Your name and favorite picture can be here too.

Saux Head: Trails groomed weekly

Trails were rolled 1/21/19 and Tim will track set once today’s snow event is over.

Fit Strip: All trails groomed and tracked Sunday of this week but the longer outer loop is still too thin to track set and is in poor shape.

Please give feed back.  I would add, people walk on the ski trails so there are foot prints.

Big Bay Pathway:  Dennis groomed Meditation and Hidden Grin last week but new snow has fallen.    Meditation is well covered and Hidden Grin is fairly well covered in most areas. We need more snow to ski the Bear Mountain loop.

Snow Bike Trails:

South Trails: South trails were groomed Monday.  With the cold dry grippy snow riding should be spectacular.

5-7 psi on single track.

3-5 psi on the panked trails.

North Trails: All North Trails groomed Sunday and are in great shape.  Recommended tire pressure is 5-6 psi.

Of course you can also post your own information on the FB page and you are encouraged to do so. Here is the link:

Too Long To Read Report: I trust everyone (except me) has their secret sauce for cold conditions. If anyone has something that will actually make my skis slide below zero I will pay you American money if you share(but I should warn you, I am a slow pay). More on race prep (or lack thereof tomorrow).

See you out there.

Sondo
