Grooming February 20, 2020
Today’s report is brought to you by Michael and Heather Mlsna: Mike and Heather are Trail Builders on the Noque’. Without the support of folks like Mike and Heather we would not have the excellent trails we have come to expect. If you see them, say thanks.
Trail Builder sections and Snow Bike trail sections are available. Please visit www.noquetrails.org and follow the links. You too can be feted in an up coming grooming report.
Forestville: Andy Bully groomed all trails between the trail head and 14k.

Way too Long Grooming Report:
For most, a day off the skis means a day on the bike or snow shoes or ice skates or tap shoes or some such technical footwear. I am sure you both got out yesterday with one or more of these special items. Check out the picture Patricia sent in from the Fit Strip yesterday. A good golfer could hit the Fit Strip from my house with a driver – five iron but not me. On the up side, I did complete the dumb-thing-I-godda-do thing I had-to do. However, I felt guilty. I should have been shivering and blowing on my fingers. I don’t think god meant for man/women to work on their car in a heated garage; I should have done it in a hair shirt. Regardless that, my thanks go to Joe
Saux Head: All trails were groomed and track set Tuesday the 18th.
Big Bay Pathway: Denis groomed Monday the 17th. Some snow will have fallen so if you do ski Big Bay please let us know how you found the trails.
Fit Strip: Neil groomed the morning of the 19th. Check out the picture Patricia sent from her ski last night. If you do ski the Fit Strip please let us know what you found.
Snow bike trails format comments:
Comments below show how we found the trails when last ridden. Snow Monday the 17th, will have added an inch or two of new snow. I expect this will improve the trails in that lower areas that have become slick will be more grippy. However, the higher elevations in open areas may be drifted over. Let us know what you find.

Peter’s Sandbox 2/14 Solid Excellent
