Grooming March 21, 2020

Today’s report is brought to you by the Staff and Volunteers at the NTN: The trail head is closed.   However, skiing is great due to the hard and excellent work of Andy, Doug and the nice folks at the NTN. At a time we would normally be cutting back on grooming we are actually stepping up grooming.  We all need exercise and fresh air.   Remember, practice safe social distancing and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Sponsorships are available.  Please follow the links at www.noquetrails.org .

Way Too Long Grooming Report:
Sorry for being awol for the last two days.  I know you both figured nothing was more important in my life than getting the grooming report out every day.  It is close to the top of my list but these are trying times and I did not get any computer time until tonight.  Rest assured, I have on my most uncomfortable hair shirt and will endeavor to prevent a repeat awol event.

Check out the safe social distancing technique.  Get out, be safe and, enjoy.

Check out the sunset picture from Friday

Saux Head:   All trails were roll packed Friday the 20th.  The plan is to groom and set tracks Saturday morning.

Big Bay Pathway:    Four inches of new snow.  I expect groomers will be out asap but at press  time I didn’t know the plan schedule.

Fit Strip:  Three inches of new snow on trails.  At press time I did not know the grooming schedule.

General Snow Bike Comments:  Today’s cold temperatures should have trails hard but drift areas will be filled in.  The snow in non drift areas will likely make for nice riding.  I did not have the grooming plan details at press time.  If you get out let us know what you find.
