Grooming March 2, 2020

Today’s report is brought to you by Classic Auto Collision:  Classic Auto Collision is a Black Diamond sponsor on the NTN trails.  Without the support of folks like Classic Auto Collision we would not have the excellent trails we have come to expect.  If you see them, say thanks.

Trail sponsorships are available.  Please visit www.noquetrails.org and follow the links.  You too can be feted in an up coming grooming report.

Forestville:  Doug is running the Ginzu on the Noque’ and Animoosh and then down to the Tourist Park and NMU’s campus.  Yesterday’s thaw may have left trails icy.  Take care on the downhills and let us know what you find after a ski.

Way too Long Grooming Report:

Well, it came in like a lamb so look out. In any case, yesterday’s thaw will have put some hurt on both bike and ski trails.  Oh well. To paraphrase the great grooming report writer Ella Fitzgerald, into each life some sun must shine.   I do hope cyclists used proper tire pressure and skiers avoided trails if sinking into the base.  Please let us know what you have found.  I will be AWOL this week.

Saux Head:  All trails were groomed and tracked the 28th. The March 1st thaw may have trails icy.  Let us know what you find.

Big Bay Pathway:  Hidden Grin,  is groomed.   The March 1st thaw may have trails icy.  Let us know what you find.
