Grooming March 22, 2020
Today’s report is brought to you by the Staff and Volunteers at the NTN: The trail head is closed during the COVID-19 situation. However, skiing is great due to the hard and excellent work of Andy, Doug and the nice folks at the NTN. At a time we would normally be cutting back on grooming we are actually stepping up grooming. We all need exercise and fresh air. Remember, practice safe social distancing and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Sponsorships are available. Please follow the links at www.noquetrails.org .
Forestville: Andy Bully groomed Animoosh and Noque to 17k as well as Chiwagji bypass, Gookookoo, Boozhoo and Zhing.

Way Too Long Grooming Report:
I took my skis out of the car this morning. I had been carrying them around all week in the overly optimistic thought I would go skiing. As I left them in the garage they gave me that look the dog gives when you owe him/her a walk. They have been neglected. So, that means you are both on notice; we need pictures. One can live vicariously through the photographic evidence of your exploits.
Remember, safe social distancing technique. Get out, be safe and, enjoy.
Saux Head: All trails were groomed Saturday the 21st. Great skiing.
Big Bay Pathway: At press time I did not know the grooming schedule.
.
Fit Strip: Three inches of new snow fell Friday. At press time I did not know the grooming schedule.
All North Trails except Wildcat are groomed and good to go as of Sunday morning March 22. Check out the picture. I received several more and would have included them all but time is short. All the pictures looked like this. I am reminded of those fantasy golf calendar pictures. Can you imagine it being better? Enjoy.
South Trails are Groomed: This was likely final grooming run of the year on the South Trails. Check out the pictures below.
Plowed main and mt mqt Friday, enchantment, oak hill and East greywalls Saturday. Touch ups during the afternoon heat. Most trail is in good shape, some variable spots here and there.
Currently 3-5 psi. If we all avoid riding in the heat of the day, we should get a week or two of good riding. Go out and enjoy it!
